SG-RI01

SG-RI01 is an affordable desktop automated reel to reel In-Tape inspection system for analyzing various devices after taping.
With the high-performance CCD technology, the system optimizes visual mark inspection, counter, empty pocket, overturned and sealing quality.
Depending on the configuration to package type, the throughput goes up to 50K UPH.

SG-RIT05 is an enhanced automated reel to reel In-Tape inspection model for analyzing variety devices or components after taping.
Embedded twin high-performance CCDs technology, the system optimizes visual mark inspection, pin lead detection, component damaged and sealing quality.
Friendly operation interface and session log management.

The new generation manual taping machine was designed to deliver for small, ultra-thin and variety devices packages. Flexible and easy to operation, to achieve optimized throughput and change over.
Optional 2D downward CCD for inspecting Marking, Orientation, upside down, empty pocket…etc.
